So the upcoming winter we called for a follow up service, Rowan Scott showed up and fixed the seals around both doors. Now we can't hear wind howling past the seals, can't see daylight coming in past the seals and the garage is keeping more of the heat.

I called and was told they could get someone out right away for an emergency fee, or they could get someone out the very next day without the fee. Since I had use of another car I opted to wait. First thing this morning Cole and Brian showed up, repaired the spring in no time while I watched, lubicrated and serviced both garage doors & troubleshot a loose wire in a controller. They were great, efficient and friendly!
