One extremely cold morning couple of weeks ago and my garage door suddenly speeds-up closing and slams shut with the main spring snapped. I called my usual door person but no-one answered. I could not even lift the door open to get out. I called overhead doors and they immediately picked up the phone and within a few hours their service rep arrived and fixed the door. Very pleased with their service!

We have recently purchased garage doors from Island Overhead Doors in November 2025. We can't express how happy we are with the service that we received from this company. We would like to give a shout out to Cole (Sales) who we dealt with. His customer service was the best. He went out of his way the day that we picked up the doors to help us! He ensured us that everything was packaged in full when we picked up the doors. He followed up with us a few days later to make sure we were satisfied and we were! We would highly recommend this company and be sure to ask for Cole !!

They installed three large doors at my garage in southeastern NB. Great quality, and the guys doing the installation were top notch. I highly recommend. One caution, it took about nine weeks from order date to installation (non-standard door sizes to be manufactured) so plan well in advance. I'll definitely use these guys again.
